Cons

Occasionally, frustrating pop-ups disrupt the workflow, making us submitted tickets for resolution. Finding ICD codes can be challenging, but I believe this is more related to ICD than MMD.

The system is somewhat user-friendly, with select Module Staff members willing to go the extra mile in assistance. Be it an issue related to Billing or Client Services, their customer support team is always ready to assist us.

Cons

Our main challenge involves slow transitioning between screens. Module often points this towards our internet or equipment. Suggestions for improvement include involving frontline users in programming changes, offering flexibility tailored to individual office needs and allowing multiple screen views like demographics and schedules simultaneously.
