Fast and easy process

Pros

Throughout the entire process everything just felt fast and effortless.. no lag, no confusion, no unnecessary steps. What I really liked was how clearly each step was laid out so I always knew what was happening and what came next. There was never a moment where I felt lost or had to backtrack. It's such a relief when a tool respects your time and guides you through smoothly like that. Definitely makes the whole experience more enjoyable.

Honestly the slowest part was waiting for the bonus to appear in my account haha!!

Pros

That's something I really appreciate too. Across the entire platform the layout is just so clear and logical.. it never feels cluttered or overwhelming. Whether I'm looking at project updates, candidate info or financial summaries everything is presented in a way that's easy to follow at a glance. I don't have to hunt for key details or guess what I'm supposed to be looking at. It just makes sense which honestly saves me time and mental energy throughout the day.

Cons

What annoys me is the occasional glitches that appear whenever I use the search feature.

efficient employee referral submission

Pros

When submitting employee referrals, the tool simplifies everything and I save time by sharing roles easily and completing setup quickly.

Cons

It was a bit tricky because the position I tried to refer someone for had been removed from the listings and I couldn't link the referral to that specific job. As a result, the referral seemed to disappear or get misplaced which was frustrating.
