Pros

It's pretty easy to use and smooth, I truly liked how simple the whole experience was. What I noticed most was the speed and clarity with which it pulled together feedback and presented it in an actionable, well-organized way. It definitely smoothed out the reference process for everyone involved.

Cons

Overall the experience was smooth but I think it could benefit from offering more customizable templates or question options. A bit more flexibility here would let me adjust the reference workflow more precisely to particular roles or industry needs which would be really helpful.

Userfriendly interface

Pros

Appreciate how smooth and convenient it felt while I went through the assessment. The layout was simple and user-friendly so I could concentrate on completing the tasks instead of wasting time trying to figure out the interface. Also the assessment's structure impressed me as it was clear, paced well and directly applicable to the Administrative Assistant position I was pursuing. Overall it delivered a polished, professional experience that left me with a positive view of both the employer and the platform as a whole.

Cons

Although my overall experience with HiPeople was largely positive, I did feel the assessment could benefit from more upfront guidance.... perhaps a short overview or a few sample questions to set expectations for candidates. It would also help if the platform showed an estimated time for each section beforehand so I could better plan my attention and pacing. Those small additions would make the process easier and help me manage my focus throughout the assessment.
