Fantastic tool with great features

Pros

It is a fantastic tool for our business and I find it packed with great features like advanced scheduling, distribution and dashboards. The support team has been amazing, always ready to help whenever I need assistance.

Cons

The tool is user-friendly even for people with basic computer skills. I don't really have complaints though I wish there were more options for FTP connection reports.

smooth migration and reporting tools

This platform was smooth for me and I particularly appreciate the reporting tools provided.

Cons

Honestly I haven't found much to recommend and it could use more forums or guides on how to use it effectively.

high control with scheduling

Pros

This was purchased as a replacement for Oracle Discoverer and we've never looked back. I appreciate the high level of control it gives us administrators to configure data domains and security so our 150 users can easily get to the data they need. The ability to schedule and distribute reports with attachments in multiple formats is probably the feature I value most and viewing the underlying SQL is a huge plus.

Cons

There isn't much negative to say overall. The only small annoyance is having to press "refresh" after submitting a report to see progress. It's not a huge problem but I wish it would auto-refresh like the Excel plug-in does. We're on an older version now, so this might have been fixed.
