“Poor customer care”
Pros
It did help us put a performance management process in place, even though the system itself wasn't particularly user-friendly.
Cons
Using the performance management features is awkward and complex but the bigger problem is how little concern they seem to show for customers. They tried to charge us for another 12 months of licensing after we chose not to renew, claiming incorrectly that we had missed the non-renewal deadline by a single day. Even if that had actually been true, trying to lock a customer into a full extra year just 30 days before renewal, after they had already made it clear they wanted to leave, shows a real lack of customer care.

“amazing support team”
Pros
One of the best parts has been the client support. Lauren from their customer support team has been incredible, she always replies quickly and helps sort out any questions without delay. I really can't praise her enough.
Cons
It would be even better if there were more detailed recommendation breakdowns by department. A few additional training videos for managers on how to put things into practice would also be really helpful.

“Gives employee focused insights”
Pros
The platform is easy and simple to navigate for. It approaches things from the employee's point of view rather than the organization's which is exactly the kind of insight we want and exactly what our workforce wants us to hear. I also really appreciate the international perspective and broader viewpoints it brings. On top of that their team has been outstanding with support and made implementation feel very manageable. We were also able to integrate the platform with our HRIS and their guidance throughout that process was excellent.
Cons
Not really a complaint but some of the upcoming roadmap items and future functions sound exciting and are features we'd definitely like to start using. We're ready for them now.
