• Click on the 'Subjects' tab in the main menu and then click 'Add New' to create a new subject
• File your content into categories, such as departments, roles, processes, or anything else that makes sense for your organization
• Add 'steps' like individual tasks, procedures, policies, or any other pieces of information that employees need to know
• Insert text, images, videos, and other types of content into each step, or even add GIFs for more context
• To assign a role, click on a step or subject, click 'Assign', and choose the relevant role(s)
• Use email addresses to share access with existing or new employees
• The 'Reports' tab in the main menu gives you an overview of who has completed which steps and how they scored on any quizzes
• Use the platform’s communication features to engage with your team, answer queries, and provide feedback
