LeadDyno Features
Reward Structures
LeadDyno lets businesses design flexible commission plans tailored to their program, rewarding affiliates for visitors and leads. Businesses choose between percentage-based or fixed commission amounts, set one-time or recurring payouts. Plans can apply to individual affiliates or groups, adapting compensation to different partnership types.
Payments
Businesses can pay affiliates through mass payouts or handle payments individually, depending on their process. The platform lets your team define a minimum payout threshold, choose custom schedules like weekly, monthly, or quarterly, and easily track any external payments you make outside the system, such as gift cards or physical checks.
Affiliate Recruitment
The platform helps businesses bring new affiliates on board smoothly by importing existing affiliate lists and sending automated invitation emails to customers who could become partners. Businesses can choose to auto-approve applications or review them manually, giving control over who joins the program from the very start.
Tax Reporting
Businesses managing affiliate payouts can collect and manage tax forms directly within software. Affiliates securely upload their W-9 or W-8BEN through their dashboard. Businesses can export both tax forms and total commissions, simplifying 1099 preparation and keeping the payout process compliant.

“Gives visibility into traffic-to-conversion ratios”
Pros
I appreciate how flexible it was for setting up different tiered commission structures. Having visibility into the traffic-to-conversion ratios also gave me a stronger position when negotiating with partners or adjusting their compensation plans.
Cons
I did run into a few issues with affiliate tracking through Shopify pixels especially when more than one checkout method was enabled. Some sales also failed to import correctly and I had to contact support to get those sorted out.

“Helped drive organic influencer growth”
Pros
It let me set up an automated rule that invites customers to join as brand advocates right after they make a purchase. That alone helped drive organic influencer growth, expanded the reach of my campaigns and the referral link generator fits nicely into my CRM.
Cons
I wasn't able to segment the data by specific product lines which made stakeholder performance reporting more difficult than it should have been. On top of that, syncing conversions with third-party checkout tools occasionally felt unreliable and needed extra fine-tuning.

“Automated referral email campaigns”
Pros
The affiliate tracking is really useful because it lets me see the conversion status for each referral link. That makes it much easier to spot top-performing users and reward them accordingly. I also appreciate the automated referral email campaigns since they cut down the time spent sending regular emails especially with the commonly used templates already in place.
Cons
Reporting felt limited. I wasn't able to sort reports by geography or traffic source and that would have helped a lot with refining marketing efforts. The data filtering is also fairly restricted and becomes difficult to work with when I need to analyze specific date ranges.
