Versatile and easy to use

Pros

The system is well-organized and user-friendly making it easy for new users to get started with minimal training, thanks to the workflow activities that guide them. Integration with other systems like SAP, works perfectly. Also it is highly customizable to meet customer needs and can support a variety of processes. Overall I would say it is incredibly versatile.

Cons

In my opinion the reporting feature could use some improvements.

Highly customizable but a little complex

Pros

ConSol CM is adaptable to many business processes, integrates well across different company areas and works on a unified data platform. Plus it connects smoothly with other IT systems within the company. The system is easy to learn too and the workflow automation helps us organise the processes. It allows for the implementation of highly individualized processes and demonstrates strong customer orientation and service.

Cons

Well highly customized processes add complexity to the system setup making updates or upgrades more time-consuming and requiring more effort.
