What Is Matidor?

Matidor is a GIS-native, cloud-based field operations platform designed specifically for field services and multi-site operations teams. It offers an intuitive, map-based interface that allows users to organize project data, track project status and budget health in real time, and enhance team collaboration. It addresses the pain points of managing fieldwork operations by providing a centralized source of truth for field crews and office teams.

What Is Matidor Best For?

Matidor software is best suited for operations managers and project teams managing multiple field projects across different locations. Its unique, map-based interface allows users to visualize all their projects in one place, making managing and tracking progress easier. The software’s user-friendly design also extends to its offline-first iOS and Android mobile apps, which support field teams working at remote sites with limited or no internet connectivity.

Matidor Pricing

Matidor offers a 14-day free trial with full platform access and no credit card required. Its Starter plan starts at $395/month billed annually or $495/month billed monthly for up to 5 users and 50 active projects. The Professional plan ranges from $800 to $2,000/month, depending on team size, and includes unlimited projects and native integrations. How Does Matidor Work?

Here's how you can navigate the dashboard and make use of the software's features:

  • Set up portfolios to group related projects (e.g., a well abandonment program or a remediation portfolio for one client). Each project is pinned to a geographic location on the live map automatically
  • Build standardized templates for recurring project types (Phase I ESA, well abandonment, pipeline inspection) so every project starts with the right structure, fields, and workflow
  • Create projects from the map by dropping a pin at the site location. Add work items, assign owners, set deadlines, and attach subtasks and documents
  • Set budget amounts and cost codes per project. Automated alerts trigger at 70%, 90%, and 100% thresholds to help teams identify budget risks earlier
  • Field teams use iOS and Android apps to capture GPS-tagged data, photos, and forms at remote sites without internet. Everything syncs automatically when the connection is restored
  • The portfolio dashboard displays all active projects with color-coded health indicators. Filter by status, budget risk, location, or industry to surface what needs attention
  • Export client-ready PDF reports, budget summaries, and compliance documentation directly from the platform, reducing the need for manual spreadsheet compilation
  • Sync budgets and cost data from QuickBooks Online, Deltek Vantagepoint, Harvest, or Replicon. Connect location data via GIS integrations or the REST API
