Pros
MRI works smoothly with our property management software. We can process applications right from our system which helps reduce mistakes. Also their quick decisions let us turn applications into leases fast.
Cons
Occasionally it takes longer than expected to complete a criminal background check but I think that mostly depends on where the records are located.

Pros
Although training was optional I learned by exploring at my own speed. All the tools are placed well. When I switched companies I found MRI had evolved with more tools but still kept the easy access I needed.
Cons
One thing I did not like is that if the company does not provide a lease for something like a 3 month term then MRI won't handle it as the system needs to cover everything completely.

I really like how simple it is to do bank reconciliations and enter journal entries. Plus the program's layout is also something I really like.
Cons
Sometimes it is hard to find the exact report I want to use. Also I don't like that I cannot have two reports open at the same time.
