“Efficient Sales Process Management”
Pros
I love how clean and simple the interface is, it's really easy to use. Getting started required almost no training at all which was a huge relief. Everything is laid out logically, so finding contacts, deals and tasks happens without any hassle. Even team members who aren't tech-savvy picked it up quickly which says a lot about how well-designed it is.
Cons
The reporting and analytics feel very basic to me. I can track deals and pull simple reports on key metrics which works for day-to-day stuff but it doesn't go much deeper than that. There's not a lot of customization available and I really wish there were more advanced analytics to give better insights into sales preformance.

“Excellent CRM & sales solution”
Pros
This is honestly the most cost effective sales solution I've find online. The analytics are incredibly precise and really help pinpoint where our business needs improvement. Small businesses and freelancers can actually afford it which is refreshing. I love being able to customize templates with our brand colors and makes everything look so much more professional. Managing appointments across different time zones used to be a nightmare but now I can easily schedule multiple meetings without effort. Plus, I can use it to manage other brands too which brings in some nice extra income.
Cons
Sometimes I run into issues when trying to log in. While all the features work well, the system occasionally freezes up while I'm in the middle of working and I really hope they can resolve this problem soon.
