Poor support

Pros

I find it really easy since it keeps things simple and basic. Getting started was simple, no complicated setup required. We can easily add clients along with their key contacts for tracking leads through to deals. The pipeline feature helps us monitor progress effectively and I appreciate being able to set due dates that connect to our financial phases. This makes budget calculations and invoice scheduling much more manageable.

Cons

Over time, I've realized this platform has quite a few limitations and the support team isn't very responsive. Unfortunately, I'm left feeling pretty frustrated with it. While it seemed promising at first, there hasn't been much development lately. The recent acquisition by new owners gives me the impression that support has gotten even worse.
