Pros

SABIO is very user friendly and it has made our teamwork much more organized. And now we don't have to deal with spam anymore and the customer service is really great too.

Cons

I have come across a few bugs on the site but thankfully the customer support team is really helpful and has addressed all my concerns.

Pros

It has been proven very useful for us in various ways particularly in boosting productivity, shortening the training time for new hires and improving quality overall.

Cons

After using it myself and with my team I have come to the conclusion that it is not as user friendly as it could be. As we are still having some trouble with the search function and it could really benefit from some improvements to make it more efficient and user-friendly.

The interface is clean and very well-structured making it easy to navigate. Plus all the processes are efficient and the way data is managed is great too eventually helping us run everything seamlessly.

Cons

Though it is a larger software but there are still plenty of bugs that need to be fixed.
