It has been proven very useful for us in various ways particularly in boosting productivity, shortening the training time for new hires and improving quality overall.
Cons
After using it myself and with my team I have come to the conclusion that it is not as user friendly as it could be. As we are still having some trouble with the search function and it could really benefit from some improvements to make it more efficient and user-friendly.
