all interviews neatly visible

Pros

Having everything visible across the HR team has been a big plus. Each candidate's interviews are laid out together on one screen so there's no need to dig through endless email threads to figure out what's happening.

Cons

I was really glad when spell check was added and I'd still love to see grammar support included too. Outlook remains an important part of the process because Rooster's calendar only shows whether someone is busy or free, without any context. For instance, if an employee marks their calendar as working offsite, Rooster just reads that as busy. Because of that, I still have to build the schedule in Outlook first and then move over to Rooster to put it in place.

fast scheduling automation

Pros

Getting schedules in place with this has been very simple. It's simple to set up, easy to work with and once the back-end is configured, it mostly comes down to clicking a button to keep things moving and automate most of the scheduling workflow.

Cons

Because it's still a fairly new product, there are a few bugs here and there. That said the team responds quickly, fixes issues fast and keeps everything on track. I really don't have any major complaints.

Efficient scheduling and flexible templates

Pros

Rooster has been very helpful for scheduling interviews accurately and efficiently. I really appreciate being able to set up multiple interviews and use different templates depending on the situation which makes the process much more organized.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see is the option to schedule interviews at different times on the same day under a single invite, without having to add breaks in between. That would make things much simpler for candidates since they could accept one interview schedule instead of receiving separate invites for something like 8am, 11am and 4pm.
