I love how It gives you so many creative tools to design flowcharts and organizational charts. I have been creating a ton of organizational charts for my company lately and it's been a lifesaver.
Cons
I really wish the tool was more visually appealing and easier to access for some features. It feels like every time I use it, I am learning something new which can be frustrating.

Once you get the hang of it, creating flowcharts becomes super easy. Having some project management or process management experience really helps but there are also some really helpful templates to guide you.
Cons
