great for flowcharts but needs cross-platform support

Pros

Once you get the hang of it, creating flowcharts becomes super easy. Having some project management or process management experience really helps but there are also some really helpful templates to guide you.

Cons

Since it's a Microsoft product, you can't use it across different platforms which makes it kind of limited when it comes to cross-functionality.
