CareCloud Central, the Practice Management (PM) software, starts at $349 per provider/month with powerful rules engine with over 180 million+ billing guidelines. For RCM, the system includes a powerful data mining and rules management function and costs a meager 3% of collections.
Carecloud EMR Pros: The EMR software is visually appealing and allows for multiple data entry methods. However, unlike WRS and Dr.Chrono it does not support pen tech in its standard clinical module at this time.
Carecloud EMR cons: It is relatively more expensive than its competitors. Also, they do not offer a standalone EMR module. You have to purchase Carecloud Practice Management to get Carecloud Charts.

Pros:we are with CareCloud for about 10 years now and never once have we thought about changing the system. It works remarkably for our practice be it the doctor or the front desk. Customer support is always there should we encounter any problem. I like its reporting system as well as the templates.
Cons:I would like for them to improve on the PM side of their system a bit, the rest is wonderful.
Pros:Charting is done easier with CareCloud especially because it is quite easy for us to navigate the system. I love the color coding and the outline of the whole system. EMR side of the software is easier and user-friendly and their customer support is superb.
Cons:It doesn’t support the Insurance claims completely and we have to add it manually which is a bit of a hassle for my biller. Other than that, it works seamlessly.
Pros:Carecloud has worked really efficiently for us. Workflows have been super easy, templates customization has been really seamless for us, thanks to their implementation team and then the support team. Customer service is always doing their best to help.
Cons:I need more flexibility in the lookup option and if I need to access one of my patients, I should be able to do that by different options other than their name.
Pros:My front desk is happy with the system because of its ease of use. Scheduling appointments has never been easier for us. CareCloud is always updating its system which in my opinion is great for the end-user since it brings in more efficiency with every update. Doctors are happy that they are able to complete their charting easily as well as timely.
Cons:It does what it says. Happy with the system overall.
Pros:First of all, I’m impressed with their billing. Instead of waiting for a long time, we are able to easily identify any anomalies in our claims which has ultimately increased our revenue; thanks to CareCloud. Scheduler module is easy and the solution itself is intuitive and navigation is smooth. However, my main concern was out billing because of our previous EMR we faced some reduction in our revenue cause of their ineffective billing, however, that is no longer the case.
Cons:Not too fond of the recent update in their prescription module as it takes too much time to pull up the correct medication.
Pros:Its an intuitive EMR solution that caters to the needs of all sections of the practice and brings the information altogether into the billing section for it to be accurately billed. The main reason to out switch was billing as we could no longer work with our previous EMR company because of their ineffective billing system. CareCloud has designed the system just right for us. Be it follow-ups, claims, collections; it has made everything more seamless for us.
Cons:They could perhaps work a bit more on their implementation team side of the company. It was long and challenging but nevertheless, it turned out to be great.
Pros:Implementation was seamless and the team was highly capable. They were patient with me and incorporated and made all the tweaks that I wanted in it for it to work for my office. We like the overall look of the EMR itself, colors are very pleasing. The prescription module, as well as the entire system, is easy and user-friendly.
Cons:It needs more exploration to do on my part which is a bit overwhelming for me. However, I trust their customer support would be there for me to answer any questions. I highly recommend CareCloud.
Pros:The most efficient part of the system is its ease of use. CareCloud has given our practice the flexibility to tailor it according to each department. Providers are happy because they no longer have to spend hours charting their notes. It's easy to maneuver and document.
Cons:Some restrictions due to the absence of certain software are a con according to me especially when we are not that tech-savvy. Other than that, I am happy with the system.
Pros:Currently, we are using the PM side of the system and I have to say it has made our entire billing process effective and smooth. We are able to easily access the providers' database for insurance purposes as well as find out quickly about any errors we may have on our claims.
Cons:Looking forward to their user conference to get more insight into the system and possibly switching our current EMR system to CareCloud so we can benefit from their All in One program.
