“Essential for increasing sales via chat”
Pros
Being able to integrate all social media platforms and WhatsApp into a single inbox allowed us to create a sales chat group and achieve our goals. The automatic agent assignment feature is great too and makes it much easier to measure results.
Cons
I would love to have the option to integrate phone lines for receiving calls as well as a more robust CRM module.
