Covers all sales & purchasing

Pros

I really like that my account managers are super fast in helping me and customizing the system to fit exactly what I need. I never hear "it can't be done." They always find a way.

Cons

I know this isn't really about the software itself but I really wish the remote desktop access to the software was faster. The local install works really fast, though.

Complete solution for our business

Pros

Everything I need to close a sale is in this software. It covers quotes, sales, contracts, invoicing, AR and AP accounts, contacts and accounting. Plus, KiBiz customized a few things for us like making it easy to send proposals or contracts directly linked to the sale whether I need to print them or email them, it's very simple.

Cons

I've run into a few minor bugs but the support team has been quick to fix them. For example a phone number wasn't printing in the right format but they got it sorted right away.

Custom made software for businesses

Pros

We can customize it to do very much anything we want. The user interface works perfectly for our business and workflow. Allen has a lot of experience and it's clear that It is a great solution for businesses like ours.

Cons

There's not much to dislike. Since it's based on FileMaker, development is easy and quick but sometimes the little details don't have as many options due to FileMaker's limitations. Still the pros definitely outweigh the cons. Overall it's not a huge issue.
